Read Carefully Before Buy

This document set out the terms and conditions that will apply when you place an order through our web store. If you are unable to understand, or have any questions about these terms and conditions please contact us.

You will be required to confirm that you have read and accept these terms and conditions before you submit an order to Circus Divas Shop. Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change so review and save or print a copy of these terms prior to each order that you submit.


The buyer can only place orders through this online shop. To be able to make a purchase, the buyer must be older than 18 years; and have a user account on Circus Divas Shop, implying that knows and accepts our Privacy Policy and User Agreement.

Each order is assigned a unique ID number which will be provided just after the purchase has already been registered, accompanied by a confirmation email. It is important to bear in mind the ID number of your order in case you wants to make a clarification about the purchase.

Throughout the entire process of purchase, our online shop system will keep the buyer informed by email about the order status: awaiting payment, payment validated, the order is processed and ready to be shipped, the order was shipped, the order has been cancelled, etc. Buyers may, at any time look up the order status on Orders Panel.

Product Prices

Product prices are subject to change, at any time without notice. Taxes and shipping charges are not included.

Although prices may vary, at the time an order is send, it will registered with the prices corresponding to the date of its creation.

Currency Types

Our prices are measured in two currency types: Euros (EUR) and United States dollars (USD). Before registering a purchase order, the buyer must choose the currency to be used. The currency type cannot be changed once purchase order has been made.

Shipping Costs

Due to the variety of our product offering as well as the different places in the world where they are sent, the online shop system is unable to make a precise calculation about shipping charges. It is for this reason that, for every order, we assign the shipping charges manually; this is calculated based on the weight and volume of the merchandise and the country of delivery. The currency that you enter the shipping charges in must be the same as used in the purchase order (Euros or United States dollars).

The process of manual assignment of shipping charges takes approximately 48 hours. Once the calculation is done, the buyer will be advised via email to make the corresponding payment.


Any payment carried out by the buyer shall be effected by an external collection system: PayPal. This recognized and trusted online pay manager allows for many methods: credit card, debit card, bank deposit or bank transfer (these methods may vary according to each country).

Only on PayPal website the buyer shall provide financial information to make a payment. Circus Divas Shop does not solicit or collect, for any reason whatsoever, buyer's financial information; therefore, we do not have any register of credit card numbers, bank accounts or other such financial information. At the time of making a payment, PayPal is clearly responsible for management and administration of information provided.

So that the buyer can make a payment, it is necessary to create or using a PayPal account. PayPal account is completely unconnected with Circus Divas Shop user account. We do not have control or acces to any PayPal user account.

Payment Validation

Most of the payments made by a buyer in PayPal are reflected and validated automatically in our online shop system. But sometimes, occasionally, payments status is registered as "pending", and then a manual validation is required, it shall be made by us. This manual validation may take up to 48 hours. Once that a payment has been executed and validated, goods will be prepared to ship.

Circus Divas Shop administrative personnel reserve the right to validate any payment at any time, despite the fact that this has been validated and approved by PayPal. Thus, without having to explain to the buyer, we can reject payments and make a refund, if it corresponds.

Goods: Shipping & Delivery

To make an order, please provide us the following delivery data: "Addressee", "Country", "State / Province ", "City / Locality", "Zip / Postal Code", "Full Address" and "Delivery Instructions". It is the buyer's responsibility provide clear and right information. If any wrong data are provided, the order may not be delivered successfully. In this case, Circus Divas Shop disclaims all liability and no refund will be given.

After the payment validation of an order, we will proceed to prepare goods, the process may take up to 7 days.

Once the order has been shipped, the buyer will be advised about it via email.

Shipping time depends on destination location, it can take up to 15 to 60 days. Actually, we have no express package service. However, if a quick delivery is required, the buyer must contact us and notify before ordering, taking into account that shipping charges will increase notably.

Where an order has been delivered, the buyer commits to us know. To do this, user has to access the Orders Panel and set the order status such as "Delivered". This procedure is indeed indispensable because buyer can, eventually, make a warranty request on our products.

As a side note, it should be mentioned that all delivery information provided by the buyer is covered by our Privacy Policy. Circus Divas Shop will only use this information in order to deliver orders. Information provided is kept confidential and will not be shared with other parties.

Order Cancellation

The buyer can make an order cancellation, only in case of it has not been shipped. On Orders Panel the buyer may cancel an order that has not been paid.

If the buyer want to cancel an order previously paid, it is necessary to contact us and then make the relevant request. The cancellation request of previously paid order will be evaluated by Circus Divas Shop personnel, and reserves the right to accept or refuse it. If a cancellation has been approved, and if the case merits it, the corresponding refund will be made.

When an order has been created, the buyer has 15 days to pay for it, otherwise, it will be cancelled automatically by our system.

Circus Divas Shop administrative personnel reserve the right to cancel an order at any time without having to explain to the buyer. If a cancelled order has been paid, and if the case merits it, the corresponding refund will be made.


Circus Divas Shop does not give a satisfaction warranty about its products. The warranty will be valid only for the following cases:

  • If the goods are faulty or damaged.
  • If the products delivered to the buyer are not as specified in the purchase order.
  • If there are missing items, specified in the order.
  • If the characteristics of the delivered products are not as were specified in the order.
  • If an order delivery time has exceeded 180 days from the shipment date.

If the buyer wants apply for warranty, it is essential for us to be contacted immediately. Any dispute will be served personally by Circus Divas Shop managers, with a view to reaching an agreement that is mutually satisfactory, the following issues will be discussed: merchandise returns, refunds, forwarding.

During warranty negotiation process, Circus Divas Shop personnel has the right to request to the buyer, any type of information in relation to the order in question, including photos of products or package. It is the buyer's obligation provide all information requested in a reliably and promptly way.

No warranty will be valid if the buyer did not previously known these Sales Terms & Conditions or failed to respect any point of our User Agreement.


Any possible refund made by Circus Divas Shop, must only be carried out through PayPal. Refunds only shall be issued to the PayPal account used by the buyer to pay the order which will be reimbursed.

Use of Ordered Products

Goods purchased by the buyer must be for personal use, to gift or sell. It is strictly prohibited to replicate in every possible way all products displayed on this website. It is a crime under international copyright laws to duplicate our products. Appropriate legal action will be taken by Circus Divas Shop against the individuals or organizations who make illegal copies of our goods.

Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Circus Divas Shop has the discretion to update these terms and conditions at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our site, revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage buyers to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about our sales policy. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your Acceptance Of These Terms & Conditions

By place an order in this online store, you signify your acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our web store. Your continued use of this online store following the posting of changes to these terms and conditions will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
